These Terms & Conditions govern your booking of a tour with Luxe Layover, operated by LUXE LAYOVER LLC, licensed by the Department of Culture and Tourism — Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi). By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Bookings

Bookings are made directly via WhatsApp (+971 50 635 5158). A booking is confirmed once we send you written confirmation of your tour details, vehicle, and price. Prices are quoted per vehicle (not per person) in USD; we accept payment in all major currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, and AED.

2. Payment and deposits

No deposit is required to confirm a booking. Payment is collected at the time of the tour, in the vehicle, unless another arrangement has been agreed with you in writing in advance.

3. Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or reschedule your tour free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour may not be eligible for a refund, since a vehicle and driver have already been allocated to your booking. If your flight is delayed or your layover changes, message us as early as possible — we will always try to adjust the route rather than treat it as a late cancellation.

4. Flight timing and the 3-hour buffer

Every itinerary we build includes a buffer of at least 3 hours before your next flight’s scheduled departure. This buffer covers airport re-entry, security, and immigration formalities. We track your flights where possible, but you remain responsible for confirming your own flight status and boarding time with your airline.

5. Vehicle and driver

All tours are private — you will not be grouped with other travellers. Vehicles are sedan, SUV, or Land Cruiser as selected at booking. Vehicle type may be substituted for one of equal or higher standard in the rare case of a mechanical issue.

6. Conduct and liability

You are responsible for your own conduct and belongings during the tour. Luxe Layover is not liable for delays, missed flights, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to airline delays, traffic incidents, weather, or actions taken by immigration or airport authorities.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
